The Barnyard installment of our beloved Henry Miller Library was a wonderful choice of space. High ceilings, long windows, ample crowd seating with plenty left over for performance space, and shelves filled the quintessential Beat titles that grace it's parent's all culminate to perpetuate the air of open freedom one finds at HML's home site. I hope there's a way to keep it once the bridge repairs are completed. Nothing could surpass the majesty of the Coast Library's Redwood Fairy Ring but having a taste of the vision, a smidge of that magic, gives Carmel a much needed shot of vitality in it's otherwise mostly tired cultural arm. Yay, Henry Miller Library!!!
