B & G Jewelers Inc at Ocean Avenue, Carmel-by-the-Sea, California.

I am a small business dealing in fine jewelry. In 2012, Alex Agacanyan, one of the owners of B&G Jewelry, was introduced to me by a mutual friend and business associate. Alex offered to help me and I offered him many items of jewelry to sell in his stores in Carmel. This is common in the jewelry business.
Alex sold some of the jewelry and at first, paid me for it. He then purchased more jewelry. The payments were sporadic. A long story short, he sold several items and I've never been paid. He's remodeled one of his stores and it's estimated they do over $500,000.00 or more in business a year. He has refused to accept registered mail, demanding payment and even wrote me a check he then stopped payment on. It's now been 4 years and I still have not been paid. I find it deplorable that I was taken advantage of following the death of my parents, while keeping their business above water. No return phone calls, no communication. In 4 years time, I would think the debt to me could have been paid and it hasn't. All of the glowing reviews, and they do have some exceptional jewelry, don't tell the story of how they don't consider paying bills for the jewelry they sell. Zero stars but I had to give one so this could be posted.
