I absolutely love the hats here! I have bought several custom decorated and one of them was, unannounced to me, used as a chew toy by a visiting pet. The embellishment and ribbon were coming off and ruined so I took them off myself and brought the hat in to get new ones. They were so great about it and when I arrived to pick it up they told me no charge! That, in today's world of zero customer service, is pretty amazing! I will continue to bring friends and guests here and recommend to locals. Thank you Carmel Hat Company!! You've made a customer for life!
